Waddles got her name because when she came into our rescue at just 5 weeks old her walk looked like a “waddle”. Waddles is a very sweet and affectionate girl but also very timid until she gets to know you. Once she bonds with you she loves to cuddle and receive pets! She can get a little over stimulated when getting lots of affection. Sleeping in bed is her favorite so she must be allowed to sleep with you. She’s a bit of a lazy girl, you can tell by all that “fluff” and spends her days lounging around and periodically chasing around kitty toys. She absolutely loves other cats and just wants to be friends with all of them however as always needs a slow introduction. We expect she will take some extra time to adjust to a new home as new environments do scare her. She needs a calm household as well as an adult only home (no children please). She has not been exposed to dogs. Any dogs in the home would need to be very calm, not overly active and have a history of giving cats their space. She’s a good girl, just looking for someone to lay in bed with and be very patient while she adjusts to her new home.

You can also visit our resident kitties at this location anytime during regular store hours. Meet & Greets and adoptions take place for these kitties 12-4pm daily.
