Kohls Cash (dob 7.20.24) is a friendly and affectionate cat, though he is also extremely shy. He is sweet and enjoys being pet but only after you have earned his trust. He tends to run away when approached, but if you get down to his level and offer him temptations treats while talking in a soft voice, he will let you pet him. He always comes out during feeding time and is very food motivated. Kohls has a lot of love to give but he needs an owner who will offer him time, patience, and extra attention to help him build confidence and come out of his shell. It may take several months, but he is capable of making progress over time. He would not thrive in an active household or around small children; therefore, a quiet environment is ideal for Him to feel secure and gain confidence. He gets along well with other cats and might eventually warm up to a cat friendly dog.

This kitty has joined our adoption center located inside of Petsmart at 5879 Lone Tree Way in Brentwood CA. Viewing available anytime during store hours however meet & greets and adoptions take place between 12-4pm daily. To meet any of our adoption center kitties you must have an approved application on file. You can fill one out in store by speaking to a petcare associate or you can be pre-approved online by going to www.catsupport.net and clicking on the “apply to adopt”. Filling out an adoption application is not a promise that you will adopt that animal nor does it guarantee your right to adopt. It is simply a questionnaire for our matching process.
