Doolittle is such a fun kitty. He is a talker sometimes. He likes to call out for you when he can't find you and then once you call him he runs up super excited. It's almost like a game of Marco-Polo.

He is very playful.

One of his favorite things to do is to run and slide on top of one of my flip-flops on our hardwood floors. It's really funny. He also has a couple of favorite toys that he carries around in his mouth like a dog. :)     Any cat that we bring into our home he is always the first one to run up to them to introduce himself. He absolutely LOVES other cats! That's one of the requirements if someone wants to adopt him is he needs to be with another cat. He really bonded to one of my adult cats. He sleeps with her, he bathes her and plays with her. She is 6 years old and he has brought a little bit of the kitten back out of her. 

I have 2 other adult cats and every time he even walks by any of them he starts purring like crazy. He is a big purrer! He loves to sit on my bed and knead one of the fluffy blankets I have and purr away. 

   He is very comfortable with me holding him and doesn't struggle to get away. He is SO incredibly soft! 

   His favorite spots in our home -in order-is the couch, the bed or the cat tree. My husband often falls asleep on the couch after a long day of working and Doolittle is always sleeping right up against him. 

He is affectionate but is not overly affectionate where he needs constant attention. I would say he is affectionate but also independent. He does well if it's just him and another cat when we are not home and when we are home he likes to snuggle up against us, after he's done playing of course. ;)

   He is confident and curious. He never hides or runs when we have new people over. 

  He likes to explore new things and never gets frightened with new items, people or cats that come into the house. Although, he hasn't really been introduced to dogs yet. 

 

Overall, he is a happy, playful, curious, friendly kitten!
