Harper is a special little lady. She prefers other cats and dogs to the company of people, but when she does occasionally let you in, it's worth it. Harper will never be a lap cat, but with love and patience she will make a wonderful addition to your home. Harper must be in a home with other cats, dogs a plus, kids above 13.
