 Alexa
DSH Dilute Tortie
Female
4.5 months

Alexa’s beginning story is a sad one. Found after a bystander heard Alexa’s cries, she walked right up to their feet almost begging for help.
She was skin & bones, had a horrible cold and covered in fleas and foxtails.
Fortunately, with some love and care Alexa is as healthy as she’s ever been. She does still get a watery eye here and there but it goes away quickly.
She’s very sweet but is shy and a bit of a “spaz”. She’s very reactive to loud noises or slams, gets startled easily and can also be a bit hand shy. Unfortunately, we don’t know her past and why she may startle easy but all she needs and wants now is love and understanding. She’s very active and loves to play!! Once she really gets to know you she loves pets and will come find you for love however she doesn’t like to be held. Other kitty friends or even being pampered as an only cat would do well with her. She just asks for no children in the home. She has not been introduced to dogs however if it’s a gentle dog that will mostly ignore her she should do fine. Alexa will need an extended amount of time to adjust to her new home.

All of our kitties are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines, deflea'd and dewormed.
